Write a letter to your landlord complaining about noise in the block of flats which he owns.

Dear Mr. David,

I am writing this letter to complain about noise which occurs in my block of apartments which is near the downtown and one of the shopping malls. My address is 103, 306 21 ave SW, Calgary, AB, T2S0G8.

There are kinds of noises which disturb me a lot such as vehicles, music, and late night social gatherings. By this I mean that as am a university student, issue of noise gives effects on my studies, I can not concentrate late night gathering with music and horns of vehicles .

I request you to look at this critical problem and find a way to overcome it. I want you to find a who do it and give them notice or warning.
